Handover packs

  • Requirements and who provides each

    Start from a preset for a building, a health and safety file or a network, then change it. Each line names who provides it and shows what is still outstanding.

  • Uploads by link

    Send a subcontractor or supplier a one use link. They upload their files with no login. Partners with a login contribute free. Your team accepts a file or sends it back with a reason.

  • Generated sections

    Sitestack builds parts of the pack from your own records, such as the drawing register, fire stopping register, open snags and the Part L evidence pack. They are filed in the job's handover folder when you compile.

  • COBie

    Export COBie as a spreadsheet, built from the asset register, the job's places, check schedules and files on assets. The checks are listed before you download, and they do not block the export.

After handover and on the drawings

  • Aftercare plans

    Plan soft landings visits and activities after handover, then record what was done and found. Each plan belongs to the job, or to a completion on it, and downloads as a PDF.

  • Network handover

    Build the adoption pack, the private network owner's pack or the generation pack for a network you have built. It uses the same list, link and compile steps as a building pack.

  • Drawing pins on sheets

    Pin a snag, a defect or an RFI to the spot on a drawing sheet. Anyone who can see both the sheet and the item sees where it is.

  • Weekly waiting on others email

    A weekly email lists what is waiting on you, what is overdue and what you are waiting on others for. Each line gives the job, the item, who has it and the date.

Social value and your jobs together

  • Social value commitments

    Build your own list of measures, with the framework label and source you choose. Record the commitments for a job. Sitestack ships no money values.

  • Returns from partners

    Ask a partner for a social value return. They fill in figures, you accept it or send it back, and you export a report as CSV. Figures are totals, with no names or home postcodes.

  • Commercial dashboard

    See every job in one table: payments, fair payment, cost and counts. A person sees only the columns they have the right to see.

  • Frozen when issued

    Issue a pack and its contents are frozen as they stood. A later change is a new revision, so you can show what was handed over and when.

What Handover and Reporting costs

Every add-on is on while you try Sitestack. Keep the ones you use.

What it does not do. Sitestack records what you say a handover needs and what was provided. It never says a pack is complete or in order, and a COBie export is a spreadsheet built from your records, not a check of them. Social value presets are labels you confirm. Check your own obligations and your client's information requirements.

Handover and Reporting: what people ask

Does it tell me the handover pack is complete?
No. It lists what you or your client said is needed, who provides each part and what has come in. Whether the pack is enough for your client is your call.
Do subcontractors need a login to upload?
No. Send a one use link by email and they upload without one. Subcontractors and consultants with a login can contribute free of charge.
Can it produce COBie?
Yes. It exports a COBie spreadsheet built from your asset register, places, check schedules and files on assets. It lists any gaps before you download.
Can I use it for a network handover?
Yes. There are packs for adoption by an operator, for a private network owner and for generation. They record what was given and when. The operator or generator makes any submission.
How is it priced?
A flat £29 a month per company, ex VAT. It is not per seat and it is the same on every plan. Paying yearly costs ten months for twelve. Subcontractors, consultants and clients get free logins.
What happens if I switch it off?
Packs, aftercare plans and social value records stay readable and exportable. Only new work stops, such as a new pack. Items already in hand, and the downloads you need, are not blocked.
