There is no bulk import tool yet, but setting up a job and inviting your team takes a few minutes and you can start uploading documents and photos straight away. If you have a lot to bring in, ask about a bespoke package.

Yes. 14 day free trial. Every tool is on while you try it. Your card is taken at sign up and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Before it ends you choose which add-ons to keep.

Yes, from the billing page. Your records stay readable and exportable. Monthly plans have no minimum. A yearly plan is paid for the year.

Talk to us. A bespoke package covers your own forms, a tailored set of add-ons or a feature we do not have yet, with a one off set up fee and a monthly fee quoted for your requirements, on a one year minimum.

No. Cobble is a separate product with its own login, its own subscription and its own billing, and it does not share data with Sitestack. It is on our add-ons list so you can find it.

You invite them with a free login that shows only the job they are on and what you have shared. With Site Control, an RFI can also be answered from an email reply link with no login at all.

No. Only your own staff who log in as an admin, manager or operative take a seat. Everyone else is free on every plan.

Yes. You can produce progress and handover reports, daily reports and register PDFs, and download Part L photo evidence for building control, all from the records already on the job.

Sitestack helps you record health and safety on every job. Stop work holds, near misses, inductions, sign in and RAMS by upload are in every plan. Safety Pro adds permits, incidents, fire stopping and checks. It gives no legal advice and does not issue safety documents for any authority.

No. Contracts and Money keeps construction records such as applications, notices, retention and cost. It sits beside Xero, Sage or QuickBooks and does not replace them.

Access is by role, and subcontractor, consultant and client logins are limited to the job and the items they are given. Changes are recorded in an audit log (you can search it in the Compliance and Accreditation add-on). The security page and the Privacy Policy give the detail.
