Our story
Why we built it.
Sitestack is built by JLS Building and Property Development, a family run construction company. We are not a software company that decided construction looked like an interesting market.
The site management software that works well is priced and built for national contractors: day rates, sales calls, and features aimed at head offices managing dozens of sites. The tools priced for smaller firms tend to be missing half of what you need on a real job.
So we built our own. A proper site diary. Photos organised by job instead of lost in a camera roll. Snags that get followed through. Registers, health and safety records, contracts and handover, and a way for clients, consultants and subcontractors to take part without a constant stream of WhatsApp messages. We used it ourselves before anyone else did.
Sitestack is aimed at construction and building companies from a two person firm up to around £10m turnover. If that is you, the problems we built this to solve are almost certainly problems you have too.

Plans, add-ons and seats are priced in the open. Your subcontractors, consultants and clients never cost a seat.
Records, not promises
Sitestack helps you keep the record. It gives no legal advice and it is not accounting software.
