Need a package for a larger firm?

A bespoke package covers your own forms, a tailored set of add-ons, or a feature we do not have yet. It has a one off set up fee and a monthly fee, both quoted for your requirements, on a minimum term of one year. We agree the cost with you before we start.

Pricing questions.

What counts as a seat?
Only your own staff who log in as an admin, manager or operative. Subcontractor, consultant and client logins are free on every plan.
Do add-ons cost more on a bigger plan?
No. An add-on is a flat price for the whole company, the same on every plan, and it does not change as your team grows.
What happens during the free trial?
14 day free trial. Every tool is on while you try it. Your card is taken at sign up and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Before it ends you choose which add-ons to keep.
What if I switch an add-on off, or stop paying?
Your records stay. You can still read and export everything you recorded. You can no longer start new work in a tool you have switched off. Anything already in progress that matters for safety, such as a stop work or a roll call, is never blocked by billing.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay for ten months and get twelve. It applies to the plan, extra seats and add-ons. You can switch between monthly and yearly from the billing page.
Is VAT added to these prices?
Prices are shown ex VAT. Sitestack Technologies Ltd is not VAT registered yet, so no VAT is added at the moment. Once we register, VAT at the rate in force will be added, and we will tell you before it first appears on an invoice.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Change plan, add or remove add-ons, or switch to yearly from the billing page. You see the cost before you confirm.
Is there a contract?
Plans and add-ons are billed monthly or yearly, with no minimum beyond the period you have paid for. Bespoke packages are different: they have a one year minimum.
Does Sitestack replace my accounting software?
No. Contracts and Money keeps construction records such as applications, notices, retention and cost. It sits beside Xero, Sage or QuickBooks and does not replace them.
Is Sales CRM by Cobble in these prices?
No. Cobble is a separate product with its own login, its own subscription and its own billing. It is not in any Sitestack total, and it does not share data with Sitestack.
