What it does not do. Sitestack records what you tell it about your accreditations, insurance, training and competence. It does not certify anyone or anything, and it does not say that you comply with a scheme, a standard or the law. Check your own obligations and what each scheme or client requires.

Compliance and Accreditation: what people ask

Does it tell me I am compliant or accredited?
No. It holds the records you enter and shows the dates and gaps in them. Whether you meet a scheme's requirements is for you and the body that assesses you.
Can I send a client my accreditations and insurance?
Yes. It produces a compliance summary as a PDF and a certificates pack from the register.
Can I get a competence matrix out of it?
Yes. The matrix exports as a CSV or a PDF.
How are safety rules acknowledged?
You publish a version of your safety rules. People acknowledge the version, and a new version asks for a new acknowledgement.
How is it priced?
A flat £39 a month per company, ex VAT. It is not per seat and it is the same on every plan. Paying yearly costs ten months for twelve. Subcontractors, consultants and clients get free logins.
What happens if I switch it off?
Your records stay readable and exportable. Only new work stops, such as adding a new record. The downloads you need are not blocked.
